2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (Pakistan): 3–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide.

  • International Shipping: Currently not available (Coming Soon).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or for orders above a certain amount (as mentioned on our store).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor your order.


5. Delays

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Brandz Souq is not responsible for delays beyond our control.


6. Incorrect Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages
